Truly loving this dress from Urban Outfitters! It's designed by Spring & Clifton who has partnered with UO as a part of their independent designer limited edition collections. I haven't been a huge fan of the dolman sleeve trend but this dress takes it to a whole new level. The touch of velvet to the sleeves and the extra short length makes this a chic piece that will make a statement wherever you go! Just fabulous...
