Today as I was perusing some mags, I came across a photo of Minka Kelly in this gorgeous Vivienne Westwood dress which she wore @ the People's Choice Awards! I was seriously stunned at how amazing this piece was and Miss Kelly pulls off the look to a T. OMG...Love!
